Roasted Garbanzo Beans

If you've never eaten roasted garbanzo beans, then you've not lived a proper life.

Take one can of garbanzo beans, rinse well, pat dry with a paper towel, and then spread them across a cookie sheet.  Lightly coat 'em with olive oil and season with whatever you like...I used chipotle.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crunchy.

And that's the best mess of beans you've ever eaten as a snack.  And by "mess" that's my slang for a whole bunch.
