I found these Australian cookies called Lemon Crisp at World Market over the weekend.  They're good, but they weren't what I was expecting.

Instead of biting into a sweet cookie, it was more like biting into a Keebler's Club cracker sandwhiched with a lemony filling.  They're a sweet and saltly snack that will cover most pms cravings.
