What to eat fer dinner?  Have a big, juicy steak or a big, red lobster?

Steak?

Or lobster?

Fork?

Fork who?

Put a fork in da steak and grab me da lobster!

Yeah, I didn't laugh either.

This was the first time I cooked a lobster.  Not sure if you're s'posed to cook it whole like that or not.  I cracked it open and it had all this greenish/brownish gunk up near the head.  I think it's what they call the tamale.  I've read that you can eat it, but anything lookin' that close to baby poo ain't coming in my mouth. 

Besides being slightly overdone, with plenty of lemon, the lobster wasn't half bad.  The steaks I have a lil more experience with.  Sprinkled with a lil salt, pepper, and a lil bit of Worshittershiiiiire sauce that word I can neither say or spell right, they were cooked to a medium well and scarfed down rightly so.  Not too bad for a lil bit of surf and turf.

I ain't no (double neggative) chef, but nobody 'round here is starvin' either.
