I've been out to the garden and picked a bowl full of lettuce this morning.  I'm gonna fix a real healthy salad for lunch with it.

Ever had cracklin salad?  You take fresh greens from a spring garden, chop them up in a bowl and had hot bacon grease as the salad dressing.  That's called a "cracklin' salad".

Can't get much "healthier" than bacon grease.  Heh.
